If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• clear photos of the damage
• a description of the issue

We will organise a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability.

If we’ve made an error, we will fix it right away at no cost to you.

All custom-made items (including personalised signage, backdrops, and made to order florals) are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
